Automatism functions

The automatism function is characterized by the values of the mean square deviation, variational range and coefficient of variation, highlighting the states of stable rhythm, severe and moderate sinus arrhythmia, and moderate and severe violation of automatism. To clarify the states of the automatism function, the results of analysis of the affiliation of heart rate intervals to normotope rhythm are used.
